Gym Workout Tips - 4 Major Mistakes to Correct For Biceps Workout
Biceps are major part in building someones body and everyone admire 20-22 inch bicep size on their arms. But you should take care of some points while exercise,most of people are doing the things cumulatively wrong.
So these 4 points with images (which i am going to elaborate) may seems not so important in first sight but these are important in building fairly large biceps.
1. First one is related with the PUSH UPS. People usually makes their arms straight while doing push ups but correct method is shown below ,which is arms should be as close to chest while exercise or in V-Shape.
2. Second one is also related with pushup,Usually while this people are in confusion with their neck .But according to correct method you should keep you eyes down while doing this.
3. Third tip is relating to dumbbell exercise, in the picture below it is clear that you shouldn't keep elbow forward and your shoulders shouldn't be activated.
4. Fourth Tip is About Inclined Dumbbells, while inclined dumbbells you should keep your arms slightly down from shoulder level. It should not be in straight line with shoulders.
